As a Master Coach, she has designed and instructed nationally on topics from practice matrix design to technical skills and mental toughness and regularly mentors younger coaches with a goal of developing additional master coaches.

Shel is in her 11th year with RVA and has coached u10 thru u18 on both the girls' and boys' side of the club. She is a favorite for private lessons and positionals and has handled tryouts, tuneups, camps, and sand league through the years for RVA.
