As a Coach: Deb has been with RVA since 2015. Her concentration has been on the development of younger players u13-u16.
• Multiple top 10 finishes at Brew City Battle, Dale Rohde Tournaments, Badger Region Championships, including 2024 u16 Cornbelt Champions and 2021 Dale Rohde Champions

As a Coach: Logan has been with RVA since 2022. He has concentrated on the development of u15 and u16 boys' teams and teaching them advanced strategies as they move forward to the older ages.

As an Athlete: Logan played multiple positions on his club team and played for Lake Country Boys' Volleyball Club for 5 years. Additional playing experience:
• Wisconsin Lutheran College Men's Volleyball (OH) leading 2021 team in total service aces and aces/set
• Kettle Moraine High School Boys' Volleyball (OH, M, Opp): Conference Champions, 2 Regional Championships, 1 sectional championship and 1 runner-up, and 5th place in the state tournament
• KMHS Climbing team: 3rd place individual finish at the State tournament,5th place finish in bouldering, Team State Championship
• KMHS Shooting team: 5 top 10 finishes over two years, 2018 State Championship

As a Coach: Shel is returning to RVA as one of the Boys' Volleyball Directors and as a tenured Master Coach meeting the requirements of: decades of comprehensive framework experience designed to elevate athletic development, exposure to inspirational and renowned programs worldwide, knowledge of proven coaching methodologies, science-driven principles, and high intensity competition. As a Master Coach, she has designed and instructed nationally on topics from practice matrix design to technical skills and mental toughness and regularly mentors younger coaches with a goal of developing additional master coaches.
Shel is in her 11th year with RVA and has coached u10 thru u18 on both the girls' and boys' side of the club. She is a favorite for private lessons and positionals and has handled tryouts, tuneups, camps, and sand league through the years for RVA.

Shel is the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at NJCAA DII Milwaukee Area Technical College where she and her staff have achieved the following:

In addition to a BBA degree, Colleen has a Master of Science in Nursing from UW-Milwaukee, has traveled to Haiti several times to assist in literacy and medical programs and has done extensive work with the Lakota Sioux in South Dakota.
