As a Master Coach, she has designed and instructed nationally on topics from practice matrix design to technical skills and mental toughness and regularly mentors younger coaches with a goal of developing additional master coaches. Shel is in her 11th year with RVA and has coached u10 thru u18 on both the girls' and boys' side of the club.
